 Agate is a variety of chalcedony formed from layers of quartz which usually show multi-coloured bands and are found in all colours of the rainbow. These beautiful agate stones are primarily formed within volcanic and metamorphic rocks. Decorative uses of agates date back as far as Ancient Greece and are used most commonly as decorations or jewellery.

These marble eggs are stunning show pieces, designed to be displayed in boxes or on our egg stand. Our most common designs and colours are translucent whites and various browns.
