Plato's offers:

• A flat rate Standard Postage fee of $15 per order for Australian orders up to $150 in value.
• Express Postage for $20 per order for Australian orders up to $150 in value.
• Free Standard Postage for orders over $150 in value.
• Click and Collect - If you would like to collect in store, please use discount code clickandcollect at checkout, and let us know in the comments section that you are collecting your goodies. 
• A flat rate of $30.00 NZD Standard International Postage for our New Zealand customers.

Please note for postage:

• Some heavy or large items may be excluded (for example extra large board games or 2,000 pc jigsaw puzzles ), however we are more than happy to provide a quote. All bulky or heavy items will be noted in the products description.
• Goods will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, on receipt of payment.
• We use various different transport companies, dependent on the size of your parcel and your postal address. These include Australia Post, Sendle and Jet Couriers, but may also include third party delivery companies. 
• Goods will be dispatched from 10 &11 Salamanca Square, Battery Point, Tasmania 7004, Australia
• Local and Statewide delivery (Tasmania)
• Metro - up to 4 business days
• Country - up to 7 business days
• Australia Wide Delivery:
• Metro - up to 5-8 business days
• Country - 5-10 business days
• Please note, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping details given to us on your order. If you make a mistake, please let us know immediately, once a parcel is out for delivery, there is nothing we (or the Australian Post) can do (other than hope it's returned). 

Click and Collect:

• This is great way to get your shopping done outside of our trading hours, while still supporting local business.
• You will be notified via email that your order is ready to collect (Usually within 24 business hours)
• Please collect from our store at 10 & 11 Salamanca Square, Battery Point, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
• Please note that all "Click and Collect" purchases must be collected within 6 months from purchase date. Any order not collected within this time frame will be donated to a local charity - No refunds given.
